My hp 4L printer will not turn on

I turned off my whole system while on vacation. Now my HP 4L printer will not turn on again. Have tried several things but nothing works.
Have had this printer a long time iwth no issues.

Hello,
I unplugged my HP 4L printer before Hurricane Irene. I plugged it in today and there is no sign of life. I can't believe it. I think it is not possible to repair it.
