Approximate Purchase Date: By christmas(I want mom to buy for me :D )

Budget Range: 300 - 400 dollars

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Everything. HD movies, Gaming(BFBC2 CoD Assassin Creed, Mirrors edge, etc

Parts Not Required: Mouse keyboard Monitor, Hitachi HDS721050CLA SCSI Disk Device(I know my HDD is Hitachi 500GB) ATAPI DVD A DH16ABSH SCSI CdRom Device, I have DDR3 RAM(Module Name:Unifosa GU502203EP0201 Memory Speed DDR3-1333 (667 MHz) unbuffered 1GBx2

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: new egg, amazon

Country of Origin: USA

Parts Preferences: AMD CPU, needs to have more then 1 core.

Overclocking: Not sure

SLI or Crossfire: Idk what this is

Monitor Resolution: Well I have a 17" gateway monitor so idk

Do you know what resolution your monitor is? Also Christmas is some ways off and by then all the recommendations made could be invalid. If you are set on getting this during Christmas time I would suggest you wait until November at least before asking for help/suggestions. If you intend to build this within lets say < 4 weeks then I would recommend suggestions. The tech market is ever changing with new products being released all the time that is the only reason I deter you from pursuing this now if it is for the holidays

Good point. But who knows when I could buy these, anyways I think my monitors max resolution is 1280 x 1024
