Acer Aspire X3400G

I'm looking t upgrade the CPU to AMD A8-3870K APU with AMD Radeon 6550 HD Graphics 3.0GHz Unlocked Socket FM1 100W Quad-Core Processor, but i am not sure if i'll need to upgrade the mobo as well. If anyone knows that'll help a lot.
