(1)..What CPU?
(2)..What HSF are you using? If Itel HSF, Which is Lousy, and at Idle Temps are too HIGH.
(3)..Is your temp at idle or under load. If @ Idle Highly recommend fixing problem!!!
(4).. what is ambient (Room) temps.
If this is for a newer Intel CPU your Idle temps with the Stock HSF should be upper 30s -> upper 40s. Most common problem with the Stock HSF (Excluding its pi2s poor performance) is improper Push-pin seating - Google installing the Intel HSF, look at video. Note the white nubs, should all be protruding on back side of MB
