I've been using my laptop hooked up to a monitor due to screen damage. I've recently replaced the screen and the laptop seemed to be working fine.

My battery died and ever since, when i connect the power supply, the laptop keeps switching itself on and off, I've tried taking the battery out and running from the power cable and the same thing happens. please help

perhaps you have a short now and its cutting the power?

or perhaps when your screen was damaged something else was also damaged and is *now* showing up

just had the laptop fully apart, nothing seems to be wrong with it, it's all back together now and it's the same situation, the led indicates that the laptop is charging (which it wasn't before) but when i try to switch it on it still flashes and switches on and off itself
