New Build Turns on then off...

This is first gaming rig build... But for some reason every time I power on it stays for like a second. Then turns off....

I have the ram video card all plugged in as well as the CPU inserted with thermal paste on it....

I don't hear a beep at all when I turn it on..what should I do

check if all the parts are connected correctly, reconnect them if you must. also for thermal paste, did you turn on the computer the instant you applied the paste? paste has a curing time before one should start using their computer. and you didnt label parts so no one can help you much at the moment.
