ASRock Fatal1ty z77 Performance

Hi, All
Im thinking of getting an ASRock Fatal1ty z77 Performance Motherboard, but I want to know if it is good motherboard for the new IB i5 3570k and to slightly overclock it without voltage change later down the road.(4.0 - 4.5ghz)
This Ram would be capable with it?

$10 Cheaper.

Other suggestion will be appreciate.
SLI/Crossfire not needed.
