Hi NG!

Does anyone have experiences with fan noise from a Dell Inspiron 6000?
(with Celeron M processor)

A side comment:
I have currently an Inspiron 8600 with Pentium M 1.3 which easily starts
to use the fan if I listen to music or "work a bit fast"... therefore I
use I8kfanGUI (http://www.diefer.de/i8kfan) to control at which temp
the fan begins.
Therefore I am worried if a Celeron M (without speedstep) heats and
therefore also noises more... any experiences?

Regards
\Thorbjørn

no but on many reviews they dinged the 6000 for a loud fan. Also, not a
great screen and gets very hot on the bottom making it hard to be a laptop.
