Will this motherboard be compatible to these parts?

I want to get the motherboard
ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
The problem is, i don't know if these parts are compatible.
-msi n430gt-md1gd3/oc/lp graphics card
-i2 processor (don't know the serial number, know where i can find it?)
-Antec 500 watt power supply
I also would like to know if this motherboard would be a suitable upgrade from the ASUS P5K Green? Okay, thanks in advance! I know you can help me out on this one!

i2 processor? No such cpu. Get this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113007 with the cooler master hyper 212 for $19.99 shipped after rebate (link broken).

The board you picked has an AM3+ socket. You have to use an AthlonII, PhenomII, or AMD FX series processor. It will not work with an Intel cpu
