Pc goes Off and On

Hi there guys, i am having a small problem either with my power supply or something else before i tell you what it is i have to let you know that this has never happened before. I've been using my Pc for weeks now it's been on 24-7 recently this week something strange started to happen as in, my computer would lose power then coming back up right away... so i was thinking maybe it's because i had it on for weeks now and it probably needs a couple of hours to rest so yesterday i turn it off for about half hour and then turn it back on, it worked fine because it didn't lose power for like the entire night but then this morning i was just watching a movie on netflix and computer went off and on again, right now is working fine no problems so what i would like to know is how can i find out what is causing this problem? or what is causing it and what should i do?

More check :
- psu first invetigation
- cable connection hdd/psu to mobo
- ram
- vga
- os coruption
Try install fresh OS + driver. ? See what happen

Also, double check those pin connectors that hook up the front power buttons and leds!
