Will my psu Handle this GTX 560ti

just a quick question wondering if my psu will handle both my AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor @ 3.2 and a Nvidia GTX 560ti

little more info about the psu it runs at 12V at 40Amps and it a 600W sli certified Modular supply


oh yea i have a MSI NF750-G55 mobo but i don't think that really matters.

Power wise it will run a GTX 560 no problem (a quality 650W can run 2).
