Dedicated Video Encoding Build

So I'm building a new pc for dedicated video encoding. How does this look so far?

Core i5 2500K
8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600
Intel BOXDH67CLB3 LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
750GB Caviar Black SATA 6.0Gb/s

you need a p67 board to oc
get the samsung spinpoint f3 1tb it is faster than that hdd

ok ill look into the samsung drive. The reason for going with an H67 board was to be able to take advantage of the SandyBridge Quick Sync. Was this a pointless feature?

I would be converting instructional videos to h.264 for a clients website. Speed is def a big priority, as is quality. I think the programs she currently uses are Premier and Camtasia Studio.
