More about build
  1. does the mobo come with wifi?
  2. FEEDBACK PLEASE!
  3. you should nix that phenom and get an i3 (or i5 if you can afford it) instead. aim for an i3 2100 (better than phenom for gaming) or the cheapest i5 if you can spare an extra $60.

with an H67 mobo (vs P67) for Sandybridge you can use your PC with decent graphics while you save up for a video card. Your total price will be WELL within budget.
In fact you can probably get an i5 2400 and still be underbudget (you'll have to save for a video card, but you'll have on board graphics which will get you by until you do, even if you game!)
