That Cooler Master GX 750W Power Supply is a poor choice. Read these two reputable test reviews that have reached the same conclusion :

You should be selecting from reputable quality power supply brands like Antec, Corsair, Enermax, Seasonic and XFX.

Do you ever plan to run two Radeon HD 6950 in 2-way CrossFireX mode? Your answer will determine what the correct power supply requirement will be.

Unless you have both excellent sound files and excellent speakers, you probably don't need a card. If you do, though, then go for it.
How much is the monitor?
You might as well go for 8gb RAM. Tom's had a fairly recent article that said it was moderately worth it, and you've got an extra £35 or £40 to spare with a build like this.

Heres one from Aria, In my opinion a better option for you, you dont need a sound card as the onboard sound is excellent nowadays, its cheaper to not buy pre-oc just do it your self as its fun and cheap.

Ok and heres one from SCAN, i prefer this one as you have a better CPU cooler buy far (personal experience) so will enable you to OC cooler and quieter, a bigger PSU also will enable you to Crossfire at a later date if you wish, i also think the Samsung monitor is better.

I hope this all helps, let us no what you go for.

Well the MSI 6950 fits easily into the HAF, also the HAF cases offer superior cooling to NZXT, and tust me on this the CPU cooler i put on the 2nd one Dark Rock Advanced cools better and quieter than my COrsair H70.

I've inadvertantly bought the same PSU after reading a review. Anyway have to deal with it now. I was planning in running two 6950's. Will i be able to?

It also appears that i cant fit two ASUS 6950's and a XONAR D1 on my mobo a ASUS P8P67 PRO due to space issues.

If you maintain the power draw in the safe range (i.e. less than 600 Watts) then no.

If you intend on running the power supply above the safe 600 Watt level then your components will have to deal with high noise and ripple on the +3.3 Volt and +5 VSB output rails that exceed the maximum allowed. High noise and ripple will destroy components.
