- someone tested XFast Lan ?

- what do you recommend to install the software from the Asrock and Intel site ?

Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver, Intel® Rapid Storage Technology - I need it ?

Its always best to install the drivers from the mobo website, so u can get the latest drivers.

XFast Lan - unless u are sharing the connection with other people, u don't have to use it.
