Hi guys,

Please help,

I upgraded my CPU, MOBO and Ram on Wed since then my GPU (5770) has been over heating and feezing my whole pc requiring two, yes two hard reboots before it works again,

I have cleaned out the whole case, i have cleaned out my 5770, i ahve updated drivers, (using driver cleaner) i have updated my chipset,

I have manually adjusted the fan on the GPU and even at 100% its still over heating, on checking TechPowerUp thre GPU is running at 100% even in low settings,

I maily play BC2 and it lasts maybe 5-10 mins before freezing and locking up,

Airflow seems fine and no other components seem to be running hot,

3.30 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Board: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A87TD/USB3 Rev 1.xx
500 Gigabytes Sata Hard Drive
4G DDR3
Asus ATI Radeon HD 5770
PSU G7 750W

It worked fine prior to the upgrade although FPS was poor hence the upgrade, dont know if its just getting too much power from the CPU or whether there is a fault somewhere and if so where? Should i upgrade the GPU? would that help?

Any help appreciated
