I'm running an Asus M4A87TD/USB3 Motherboard, with 2x2Gigs in dual channel with an AMD Phenom ii 965 x4.
I'm experiencing majour problems whenever i go into dual channel.
I've RMA'd the motherboard and tried about 5 sets of ram all brand new with the same result. (1333mhz and 1600mhz.)
With the CPU running everest and 2 seperate temp readers climbs to 89'celcius in single channel, it crashed about 55 in dual channel so can never see it get higher... tho it seems to be able to sit at 89'c in single without crashing..
My question is... even tho the people at the store i brought the cpu from are saying "motherboard and ram" i should shove this cpu down their throat and RMA it anyway? 89 degrees (c) is ridiculous.
