Windows 7 do not start after installing windows xp

i installed windows xp after windows 7.then the boot menu has disappeared.i allready used bcd.exe.there is no cure

You need to boot from your Win 7 DVD and perform a repair function. Installing XP over-wrote the boot portion of Win 7. A repair will fix your problem and will allow you to boot from both Win 7 and XP afterward.
