What would be the best GPU to upgrade to from a 4890?

my system:

750w psu
i7920 DO
cm v8
6gb ddr3
1080p monitor
4890 vapor x at 1000/1100

I'm debating on whether or not I should get the gtx 560 or 570. It needs to be nvidia because I like having physx. I am planning on sli'ing whatever I get in about a year from now. So for example if I buy a 560 now, a year from now ill buy another one and sli it. Im not sure if my corsair power supply could handle 2 570s? If it cant then do you think I should just get a 560?

I had a 4890 and play everything @ 1920x1200 with no AA, went to a 5870 and it 2500k, and honestly could've waited for something in the future. The 4890 was fine for that res and no AA...

depends on what you play really...
