I've been narrowing down my motherboard selection over the last few days and was down to an Asus P8P67 Pro or Asrock P67 Extreme 4. Now I've found an Asus P8Z68-V Pro for $183. My system is going to be mostly for gaming and work (mostly basic photo editing and multiple Office applications open). I plan on getting 2 MSI HD 6950 cards to CF and flash to HD 6970s, a Vertex 3 SSD, as well as basic OCing the CPU...

Question is, which is the best value? Including ease of OCing (this would be my first time). Everything was pointing to the P8P67 but now I'm not sure with the Z68 at $183...

To overclock a 2500k all you do is enter the bios of the motherboard and increase the value of the cpu multiplier. I recommend you look in the overclocking section of the forums as they probably have a guide to show you step by step. Esentially it will be the same with all P67 motherboards
