Someone will say different but I currently recommend the Sapphire Radeon HD 5830 for $110 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... over a HD 5770 as it will outperform the 5770. Otherwise your build looks very good. I would consider you to look for combo's on Newegg or google your parts and see if they are availible on Amazon/other site for cheaper to save yourself money. What games do you play?

Well your parts list would yield a capable all around gamer. Just one suggestion would be this NZXT Gamma http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... over the Thermaltake V3. Reasons being a cutout in the motherboard tray and cable routing holes as these help in the building process. Just my .02 hope it helps

Look for an AM3+ motherboard that will allow you to use AMD's next generation processors
