My PC switches off/reboots after PSU replacement

Ok, so my old PSU died, and I stuck a new Be Quiet! PSU in, which is quite nice. I also removed the fan from my graphics card.

But two things happened. Firstly, it all of a sudden refused to recognise my TV Tuner cards, and secondly, it seems like it's forgotten how to deal with sleep mode - possibly since I modified the drivers for the TV cards. Before, it was a case of powering back up, and boom, Windows. Now it makes the right noises, and then shuts itself down and rebooting completely, or worse, powering it off.

It's a media center PC, so it needs to be on all the time to record and encode TV. Any idea what's going on?

It's a custom build, which worked fine before the PSU change.

Motherboard: Asus A8N sli deluxe (bios flashed for the CPU)
RAM: 2 x 1gb DDR400
Graphics card... I think it's a 256/512 ATI radeon?
Dual tuner PCI DVB-T card
Single Tuner ""
CPU Athlon 64 4200 x2
320gb Maxtor (ide, primary)
1TB Samsung spinpoint F1 SATA (secondary)
and a CD drive.

So far so good; It stayed on all night after I disabled one of the drivers that wasn't working. I hope that's it.

There's no point - does what I need it to fine now, so there's no benefit in buying more stuff for an obsolete system.

The only thing I'd consider buying is a massive heatsink to get rid of the most noisy component, and another 1tb+ HDD.

Then maybe in a few years time I'll shell out for an i7 :)
