X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional vs ASUS SupremeFX X-Fi?

Solution
The benefits of upgrading would be much higher sound quality.
I would consider upgrading to a decent sound card well worth it.

That being said, I would avoid another Creative based product.
Look into an ASUS Xonar Dx for an excellent value and much better sound quality than the X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional offers.
I can attest, it is a much better product.

Fun facts!
The ASUS SupremeFX X-Fi card does not use the Creative EMU20K1 chip (AKA the X-Fi sound processer) or any Creative chip for that matter.
In fact, it uses an Analog Devices AD1988B codec.
All the 'X-Fi Processing' is done through software emulation :/
