ASUS Sabertooth Z77 hangs on boot graphic, if reset works fine.

ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Mobo
Intel Core I7-3770 3.4Ghz Ivy Bridge CPU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooling
G.Skill 4x4GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Crucial M4 SSD Drive
Corsair Power Supply
Windows 7 Professional SP1

Ok so computer works fine. When i restart from windows it shuts down, then hangs at boot ASUS graphic.
Then if i press the reset button, it boots up normally and proceeds to windows.

any thoughts?

Try booting up with just 2 sticks of ram instead of 4.
Did you update the BIOS?
Any overclock?

BIOS not updated
No overclocking.

Had TP Link TL-WN722N USB Wireless-N adapter in USB 3.0 slot in back.
Removed it.
