Yes this is a very decent power supply i used one of these on a high end server once, hasn't given issues yet also makes nice with the silver 80 plus power efficiency always something to consider, problem is what would you be comparing this to? what price range does it fall into. Always consider Corsair or Seasonic, but this will very dependent on your budget.

Not sure on your price quote for that psu, but this:

The latter is the one i purchased for my new rig, and for only $10 more, is imo a better buy. Best of luck!
