What are some of the best Z77 motherboards (LGA 1155) for under 150?

The most important thing to me is stability, followed by value (free features like USB 3, lots of SATA ports, eSATA port, gigabit ethernet), and maximizing memory (32 GB).

The CPU will be Ivy Bridge (i7-3770, maybe K version).

For under $150 would be Gigabyte GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H which has digital power control for CPU, iGPU, RAM, and VTT. A comparable ASUS model costs $165.

what is power control for CPU, iGPU, RAM, and VTT? It is not listed on newegg specs page.

Just to refine question, here is what I think I need:

(1) Stability; support.
(2) 4 memory ports (32 GB total).
(3) a total of 8 SATA connections, including at least 2 SATA III.
(4) 1 or 2 eSATA ports.
(5) 2 PCIe 3.0 slots
(6) digital power control (??)
(7) of course, i7-3770 support (no K)

Anything else I should care about?

From what I could gather, and I seem to agree as it is what I will be getting, is the ASROCK Extreme6, it is about 160, the extreme4 is just over 130.
It looks to be an amazing board with everything you could need.

I am wondering whether H77 might be sufficient.
