Best Motherboard for this setup?

I am a first time builder trying to put together a budget gaming pc under $700. Right now i have about $120 left to spend on a motherboard for this setup. I'm not worried about it overclocking or being future proof. I just need a good motherboard for this setup right now under $120.

Processor - Intel core i3 2120

Video Card - Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD6850 1GB

Memory - G. SKILL NS 4GB [2 x 2GB] DDR3 1333

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200

Power Supply - Antec BP550 ATX12v 550watt

Optical Drive - asus black sata 24x dvd burner

Case - Cooler Master Elite 430 Mid Tower ATX Case

Operating System - Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit

everything seems perfect to me.

if you can before you pull the trigger take a look at the combo mb and ib chip specials that micro center is running.

I heard about their combo specials but I live 3 hours away from the nearest microcenter so i would have to decide if its worth the trip or not.
