Will this work at all

HI,
i want to upgrade my laptop,but i dont think i can so im going to make it into a desktop(is this possible)
for more cooling and space. the laptop in question is a acer aspire 5741g
with the following

intel i3 330m(2.13GHZ,3mb l3 cache.)
4gb ram,
Nvidia geforce gt 320 up to 2747mb turbo cache cuda 1gb dedicated.
15.6inch hd led lcd.
320gb hardrive. can you help ?

Laptop motherboards do not have features, like expansion slots that are compatible with desktop type cases. Nor would it be easy to upgrade components like the CPU. It would be cheaper to just buy new components for the desktop environment.
