I am going to buying a FSP Blue Storm 500w and 9850.I want to know that will this psu be good enough for the future replacement of 6850 since it has only one pci e connector.
ugh...thats rough. Im a big PSU junkie, and i would suggest maybe buying what you can now, and saving for a better PSU before you upgrade. Neither are very good PSU's.
I'd recommend one that has at least 2 PCI-E connectors (just in case). Even better if it's modular, and 80+. This one would be a better buy (especially since the FSP is out of stock on newegg, and overpriced on amazon): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371016
$65 Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular.

I do not live in the US,the only other psu that fits my budget is the Coolermaster 600w Extreme power plus.So should I buy that one.

Looks like Amazon also has the Antec BP550 for $65. Ignore CM for PSU's, better companies are: Antec, XFX, PC P&C, Corsair, Enermax/Lepa, Silverstone/Seasonic, and newer OCZ.
CM is amazing. Not sure what kind of personal experience you have with them, but there product is A++ in my book. Sorry, but CM IS in the top of the list for quality products.
CM uses a grab bag of Caps for one (random, and usually lower quality). They have some issues with wattage as well (overestimate heavily). With only a handful of really good ones, with the rest being garbage. I won't roll the dice on frying my system (CM uses too many different OEM's to build their PSU's). Never skimp out on a good quality PSU.
