Why don't you contact the manufacturer or whoever sold you the machine. The manufacturer is a
better idea, unless they don't exist anymore.

In the future, you should also be more specific about specs, especially model number, as well
as HD size, processor type/speed, screen size, etc...

However, you have to learn which specs are useful in a given situation, because some specs are
useful in some situations but useless in others.
