Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H or Asus P8Z77-V PRO?

I am torn between these two motherboards please help. According to this review by techradar.com the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H out performs the Asus P8Z77-V PRO slightly and gives the Asus Sabertooth Z77 a run for its money.

Unless you are looking for the maximum overclock (water cooling recommended), there is little difference between the cheapest decent motherboard and the most expensive, highest quality motherboard. According to that review, the Gigabyte board is the best way to go, but it probably won't make even a 1% difference.
