Graphics card recommendation

Hello,

My 8800GT's fan broke, I'm writing this message with a hair fan cooling my GPU atm
I'm looking to buy a new card, my computer's specs are:

Win7 64-Bit
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor
ASUS P4k/P35/G33/G31 Motherboard
4GB DDR2 @400Mhz RAM
Samsung 24" 2ms screen
500W Power supply

My budget is ~200$.

Any recommendations for a decent card that would fit those specs and hold fast for 2-3 years?
If you think I'd better just upgrade the entire system, I'm willing to check it out...
