Which Z77 MB to go with this build?

Hi guys

After days of searching forums/reviews etc. I've narrowed my search down to a few motherboards (and hopefully also got the rest of my components right). But choosing between them proves a bit challenging, as they all seems to be well-recommended.

First off, this is my build so far:

CPU: i5-3570K
SSD: Crucial M4 128GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB
RAM: 2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws-X (1866MHz)
PSU: Corsair Professional Series HX750W
GPU: GeForce GTX 275 - to be replaced by GeForce GTX 670 in a few months
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Case: Fractal Design R3
Monitor: ASUS VE247H

The motherboards I am left to choose between are:

ASRock Z77 Extreme6 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157295
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128545
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131821

I need my build to handle a bit of gaming and programming. When I get the time for it, I will try and OC the CPU, but never having done so before, the MB should preferably be easy to OC. And yes, I do know about the thermal issues with the IB processors, but I believe limiting the OC and using a good cooler will still allow it.

The MB should also support SLI as I may upgrade to it sometimes in the future...

As for prices, I am buying in Denmark and so they are all more expensive (the Gigabyte and ASUS costs the same, while the ASRock is 40$ less).

Hope you can help me choose, as I really need this upgrade to my old (and horribly outdated) desktop :D

More about which build
  1. pick whichever board you need the parts and special bonuses with. an example of the pricey sabertooth is that it has heat shields and a ridiculously high number of fan headers for maximum fan use without connecting the fan directly to the psu
