Umm...you could use the cd that came with your motherboard or go to the manufacturers website....

I'm assuming you are not too familiar with your computer's hardware, but try this website: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000503.htm

Follow it's instructions, it should tell you what you sound card you have. Using the name of that sound card, google that company's website and go to their support section to find their available drivers. Recall what type of card you have, and locate it accordingly on the manufacturer's site. Hope this helps.
