9800 gt on this psu?

Hello,

im wondering if my psu can handle the 9800 gt
im running windows 7 ultimate 32bit with 4gb ddr3, 1tb hdd and a i3 540.

the label on my psu reads 450WATT max

115 VAC +12 20A MAX
10A MAX. +5 40A MAX
60 HZ +3.3V 28A MAX
230VAC -5V 0.5A MAX
5A MAX -12V 0.8A MAX
50 HZ +5V/SB 2.0A MAX
