We want to know if it is possible to copy GBA games on a card as we bought

How are those cards made ? What kinda software and things are used for this

I'd have thought you'd be better off contacting eBay and getting your money
back rather than asking how you make pirate copies.

What in heck does this have to do with identifying a pirated cart? Sorry,
but I think everyone has already seen through your scam.

That's what I'm afraid of.

The only copies that you can "make" is buying a flash cart like
http://www.flash2advance.com and burning the games on it. You can't
make copies of GBA games unless you have a manufacturing business in
Hong Kong or China. Avoid all sellers from China and Hong Kong
selling individual GBA games on Ebay. The flash2advance is great
though.
