Solution
Looks pretty good.
The first thing that stands out is the case. It links to an HDMI cable lol.
I would change the case to a haf 922 or Antec 900. The haf 932 is a massive case, a little overkill for what you have.

The other thing is DO NOT get that SSD. it's an E series (VTXE60G) which have proven to have reliability issues. An OCZ agility 3 will be much faster/more reliable/better lol.

I would also swap that PSU for something like a Corsair 850HX. The one you have will work, but i'm curious as to it's reliability.

I also second gettign a single 6970 right now, adding a second in a year or so.

However, 2 6870's are a force to be reckoned with...

For a cooler, get something like the Scythe mudgen 2100. It runs cooler than...

As far as CPU cooling goes the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler (http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-Sleeve-RR-B10-212P-G1/dp/B002G1YPH0/ref=pd_bxgy_e_text_c) should be a good choice.
If you need any additional case fans or water cooling depends entirely on how much you plan on overclocking. The fans that ship with the case should be enough if you get the Hyper 212 and are a casual user.
If you are using the computer for gaming 8 gb of ram is more than enough so you don't need to get 16gb (it might actually slow things down if you put too much ram in).
Everything else looks good.

Thank you so much for your input, I am really torn with the Video Cards, I really want to do a dual setup but understand the advise of the single card, but I also built a PC for my wife last year so as far as upgrading goes, I could always pop these into her comp and get something else. Thanks again, as far PSU goes I just really want a Modular this time to cut down on the clutter.

A corsair 850HX is 100% modular.

I see what you mean on the dual setup. However, there are lots of issues associated with running a dual card setup. The biggest being heat.

But it's up to you. I would probably go 6970, but the 6870's are no slouch and will not be outdated for a long time.
