Can't Boot into anything

Ok I used driver sweeper and I'm 99% sure that I selected main display files and deleted them so Now only thing I can do is boot from cd or go into bios if I go into safe mode BSOD and if I load regular windows BSOD Is there any way I can Install Nvidia drivers through Command Prompt Also On Auto repair I Can go to system image I don't have any images but I can view my files and I have drivers saved right there or can I boot the drivers from my cd's that came with my gtx 460's I'm downloading Nvidias beta drivers 267.24 right now so I can try to install them off a usb stick Help? I don't want to format I formatted like a week ago

I mean just plug in everything and turn on the PC before installing the Nvidia drivers. The PC uses its own standard Windows drivers for your video card until you install vendor specific ones.
