How do you clean up D drive on windows 7

I have windows 7 as of late and everyday, more then once a day I get the low disk drive D warning. I have clicked thru the deleting of recycle bin, which it always says there is nothing in it. I have dfragged both C and d drives. Still same thing. Can you help please? Doug

Press the SHIFT+Delete key combination.

When you press the SHIFT+Delete key combination in Windows, the expected behavior is that you are deleting files or folders permanently without sending them to the Recycle Bin.
