Turn off pc electrical noise?

Hello, my pc makes a pop noise every time I turn off the power after fully shutting down. Is that normal?

Is that the power supply making the noise?

Im assuming your turning off the power switch at the back of the PSU or wall switch. You shouldn't do this, it is not necessary and causes unnecessary stress to the psu.

I really don't know why people turn things off at the switch.
