The 6970 card draws about 227w / ~19 amps. on the 12v rail when under full load - but not overclocked.

The Coolermaster Silent Pro M (your link is incorrect), has 80 amps. available on the single 12v rail so it has plenty of power for even (3) 6970 Vid cards and the rest of your system.

Jonnyguru has a mixed opinion on this PSU.

You can always determine the required PSU power for your system by inputting your hardware into the PSU calculator at the link below.

It can handle it.

You'd be better with a quality Seasonic/Corsair 850W unit.

The only thing 'wrong' with it is that it doesn't have the tightest voltage regulation. But it is still well inside the specification.

If you want to go Nvidia, go for 2x GTX 570. MUCH BETTER power/performance/price efficient. Unless you have unlimited funds. :)

The GTX 580 is only about 10-15% stronger than the 570, while costing almost twice as much. GTX 580 is a rip off, and is there/priced to be the show-off card.

If you already have a CoolerMaster 1000w I'm sure you'll be fine. A quality 1000w continuous is a little overkill, but if you already have the CoolerMaster, you'll be fine.

I agree Obsidian86. 570 is a mess. 6970 would be much better and have great improvement.
