Whats wrong with my setup?

this is my setup:

hd 7850
asrock z77 extreme4
i5-3570k
seasonic 750 80+
corsair vengeance 2x4gb ram 1600 mhz
212hyper cooler
corsair 500r case

i did get dr.debug code 00 on my mobo so i did rma it. but just got mail that they tested it and its fine. whats the problem? is it my ram or ??

please help, ask me if more info needed
