COmputer refuses to boot Help!

This is my first build and I was going to load my OS when this happened and I couldn't start the computer but a few beeps (Around 3) and it shuts off and restarts by itself. Currently I'm thinking it might be my PSU's fault which is a Raid max 1000W. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

list your system's hardware components.

I did not hear any BEEPS in the video.

have you looked up the boot code at which it reboots in your manual?

disconnect the drives, and take out the memory and video card and see if it still reboots.

I would try to reseat ram and gpu just to see if that helps. Check all you connections and make sure they are all plugged in the correct way.

Currently I;m thinking the main causes maybe my motherboard (EVGA SLI 3) is shorting out or my PSU isn't supplying enough power or even maybe too much power.

Also my the post boot LED on my mobo says F3 F6 F3 F6 62 and reboots continuously after shutting off and does the same thing again until I turn off the power from PSU.

THe yellow LED on the board is on signaling that RAM is working normally.

Yellow: RAM is working properly
Blue: Standby mode Motherboard (receiving constant power)
Green: The motherboard is powered on

Should I RMA or exchange for another on or at least call customer support for EVGA's "Great" warranty.

Found out that my stock CPU cooler was defective so I went and bought a Corsair H70 and now it's working great
