Which secondhand subnotebook w/WLAN should I buy?

I'm looking for a machine with the following specs:

500MHz P3 or better
Expandable to 256Mb RAM
12" LCD, prefer 1024x768 resolution
Internal WLAN (802.11b is fine)
Less than 6lbs

Wired Ethernet is desirable but not essential.

Basically, I'm looking for something like a Compaq Armada M300 or
ThinkPad 240X but with internal WLAN. Can someone suggest what models I
should look for on eBay?
