You probably want to look at a Phenom 2 x4 with the numbers 955, 965, or 980 and with or without BE. Score 0 robertg231 May 23, 2012 4:50:31 AM o yeah... my bad i edited it. By best i mean the fastest for gaming and multitasking. I do a lot of video converting so a cpu thats good for that too. Share Raiddinn a b V Motherboard a b à CPUs May 23, 2012 1:47:32 PM I think he would be better off with a 980 @ 3.7 ghz than a 1045 @ 2.7 ghz. If he is doing gaming the more cores won't help him as much as the increased clock speed. IIRC the Thubans OC worse than the Denebs too. If I had to choose, I would opt for the better gaming performance and slightly worse video editing performance, but the OP can decide that. The 1045T should win out if the video editing is the most important from a performance standpoint. Score 0 Raiddinn a b V Motherboard a b à CPUs May 23, 2012 5:47:03 PM I wouldn't suggest doing it. It would likely not start, but there is some remote chance of hardware damage that I wouldn't ignore. I highly doubt it will work fine, though. Score 0 robertg231 May 23, 2012 10:51:19 PM o ok ty.
