  3. - your CDROM not support DVDs
    - CD drive had optic damage
    - sure your Cds working / Damage try in another PC
    - Check cable Connection from PSU and cable Drive to Mobo
    if all positif damage Get new DVD drive R/W like .. LG,, Lite on etc very cheap
