hi

I like to know what do i need to "reuse" my old cpu in my new motherboard? I was thinking all i need is Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM But dont know.

If the old CPU is compatible with the new motherboard, then all you need is Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound. Make sure you clean off all residue of old thermal compound by using alcohol swabs.

I think my AMD Athlon II X4 635 will work on ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+.Can u tell me a good cheap cooler b/c i dont want to use my stock cooler its to dirty.Im thinking a $25 to $35 cheap cooler.thx
