Overclocking mobo I5-2500k

im looking to buy a mobo that will be able to overclck a I5-2500k pretty well. i also want it to be a z77 because i might upgrade the CPU later on. I dont really want to spend more that $160.
im looking at the ASROCK Extreme4 Z77
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Is this mobo good enough to overclock with?

I'd tell you go with asrock. Asus charges more for less because of the quality of the materials. Do you really need sturdier materials on a motherboard? Not really, unless you let the motherboard on your desk and let kids play with it.
