I recently built a computer. I am having some issues with installing 3rd party drivers, and programs on my computer though. I am on Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit.
My monitor won't display full screen through HDMI. There is a about an inch of blackness on the sides, and about a cm and a half on the top and bottom. When I looked up a fix online, it said that I can fix this through ATI Catalyst. Problem is, I can't get Catalyst to install from disk, or the website. When I attempt to install the 64 bit drivers and program, I get an error that says "Application Install: install package failure!" during the installation process, and it doesn't install. Any input would be appreciated.
