Fan controller problems

Hey guys, today i just bought the Ultra 4 fan controller. And 2x 120mm fans. Everything worked perfectly but now im getting pissed off. I have Ultra's "Smart" powerbar as well which should automatically shut off itself when i shut down the computer. The thing is when i shut down the computer, the fan controller stays on which makes all of my other components stay on as well. i.e. monitor, sound system, etc. HOW THE HELL DO I make it shut off? This is really pestering me and thats the best feature of the power bar because when u shut down u dont have to touch anything. Even when the fan controller keeps running and ive shut the computer down, i tried to shut the powerbar off but its STILL on. What i have to do is go turn off the PSU switch and then that shuts it off. PLEASE HELP

k its fixed for now, idk what i did or what IT did. But i dont think this temporary fix will last long
